!0/10 of my racetrack photo challenge:  This being the last day of the challenge I wanted to share a celebration image from the USF 2000 podium from their Friday race at IMS. The champagne celebrations on road and street courses are a fun tradition that was started at the 24 Hours of Le Mans by Dan Gurney. Dan Gurney and AJ Foyt were the drivers of the Ford GT40 built by Carroll Shelby. An American owner, an American team, an American car, and American drivers that won the overall race and lead all but 90 minutes of the 24 hour race.

From Le Mans, France in the year 1967 to 2014 in Speedway, Indiana the traditional continues and will for years to come.

I want to say thank you to John Wiedemann for challenging me. This has been very fun and a nice change for me in the way I look at my photos. Thank you John! Also I want to say thank you to everyone for liking and commenting on my posts and to those that have helped me get to where I am with my photography and to where I want to be.
